Parking is a hassle. there’s hardly any space, so plan for a trek to a nearby garage while hauling your luggage. Noise is an issue. you can hear everything, from rowdy neighbors to street sounds, which may disrupt your sleep. The shower pan is a disaster—very sloped and slippery, making it a hazard, especially for anyone needing stability. Oh, and the WiFi is spotty, so streaming your favorite movies might turn into a real test of patience.

I loved how small and cozy this spot is! Plus, the access to the university campus makes exploring super easy. The suite was clean and neat, and I especially appreciated the comfy king-sized bed.

I loved the convenience of being just a short stroll from Independence National Historical Park, where I could immerse myself in the rich history of the city, and the clean, cozy atmosphere made it a perfect base for my weekend explorations.

The location near the university was a huge advantage, making it easy to explore the charming campus. The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the parking signage could be clearer, as it was a bit confusing. Additionally, the surrounding city sounds were present but manageable for light sleepers. The cleanliness of the room stood out, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location for graduation

This place has a classic charm, and the people working here are super nice! We were right by the graduation venue, which was a lifesaver for us and the older folks in our group. The bathroom in room 205 had a slow drain, though, and we didn’t get our rollaway bed for the last night. Breakfast was decent too!
